Besides, even if you had just woken up and decided to commit arson, you wouldn't hear me complaining. I never went to high school, but the stories..... guh, that's a battlefield I wouldn't have wanted.

I guess? I'll honestly never understand how he made that logic work. And don't get me wrong, the attention is flattering up to a certain point, but when it's practically a guaranteed thing from the same handful of people who don't know how to take no for an answer, it just becomes annoying at best. We didn't, actually. But I haven't seen him in over a year so he's not my problem anymore. :)

For what it's worth, I think cheer's a great sport. You're as much an athlete as any ol' meathead.

By the time I got to high school, I was too much of a problem child for the system — I ended up on a farm in Missouri. Days were spent working, evenings I studied academically.

We were usually just there to hype people up during games so they'd cheer for the guys. I've never really thought about it as a sport, but I guess you're right!
